
We are available for first line troubleshooting and support for systems and applications required for academic productivity. We provide this service as a courtesy. Stop by the CAPD CNS office (Seaton 12) and fill out a work request. We will respond at our earliest opportunity. We support over 700 users and your patience is appreciated.
Be aware that student owned PCs are the responsibility of the students themselves. We can not be responsible for replacing or installing components or software in student systems. The college cannot assume liability for any damage or failures that may occur. Contact the system manufacture for warranty support or local vendors (listed below) for walk-in service.
