  1. We are willing to offer technical support and troubleshooting, but we cannot and will not repair or replace equipment not owned by the University.
  2. Work requests are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We do support over 700 users and your patience is appreciated.
  3. If we arrive to service the work requests and the equipment is locked or blocked with a password, we obviously cannot complete the request.
  4. Incomplete work requests are round filed.
